This website is not an online shop. Produce is available at the Volcano Farm Shop in Ginostra and direct from the farm; orders from Switzerland are arranged directly with Costa Mandorla AG. The following general terms apply to such orders. In these terms, “Costa Mandorla” refers to Costa Mandorla AG and “the customer” to the ordering party.
Food
The food production of our suppliers in Italy is limited and represents seasonal, annual products. As a result, the complete selection of products is not necessarily available throughout the year.
Prices and payment (orders from Switzerland)
Orders are shipped after receipt of pre-payment. Our prices for the food items shown are subject to annual fluctuations. Prices shown include VAT. Delivery is complimentary by Swiss Post for orders above CHF 100; for orders under CHF 100, delivery costs apply:
- PostPac Economy (two working days): CHF 7.00 (up to 2 kg), CHF 9.70 (up to 10 kg)
- PostPac Priority (next working day): CHF 9.00 (up to 2 kg), CHF 10.70 (up to 10 kg)
Orders from outside Switzerland
International customers should contact info@costamandorla.com for pricing and shipping details.
Discounts
Orders exceeding CHF 500 receive 5% off; orders over CHF 1,000 receive 10% off.
Correct delivery address
Customers must ensure that the delivery address and phone number are accurate and complete. Costa Mandorla cannot assume responsibility for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Confirmation of orders and deliveries
Order confirmations and payment notifications are sent by email, with reference numbers and delivery timeframes.
Inspection of products
Customers are obliged to immediately inspect the delivered products for correctness, completeness and potential transport damage. Defects must be reported within five calendar days by email.
No right of return
All goods sold by Costa Mandorla are food and therefore no right of return applies to the products purchased.
Warranty and liability
Liability covers direct damage only where Costa Mandorla's negligence or intent is demonstrated, and is capped at the value of the order.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law governs this contract. The place of jurisdiction is Wollerau, Switzerland.
